Please be advised that the Monitor may not respond to specific requests for information. Your communication with the Monitor will not form an attorney-client relationship. The Monitor will not act as an advocate or attorney for any individual in a matter related to the Memorandum of Agreement or the Delaware Department of Correction. Therefore, while the Monitor accepts information which will be considered as a part of the monitoring process, in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement the Monitor is not required to take any specific action with respect to your communication, and any information communicated to the Monitor will not be subject to a duty of confidentiality, nor will it be protected by the attorney-client privilege.
